今日はMYZの型枠チェック。
かっくいい〜。
MYZでは、内側を木毛板、そして外壁側を普通型枠を使う計画。
普通型枠は、打ち放し用ではなく、土木で良く使われる2×6版をウマ張りとし、意図的に型枠の目違いを出そうとしている。
コンクリートの打ち放しは、どうもクールなイメージになりがちで、個人的には小奇麗な打ち放しには魅力を感じない。
機械的な質感に人の手を感じないというのが一番の理由だけど、そもそもコンクリートはとても有機的だと思う。
地元の砂をセメントに混入し、鉄筋一本一本を鉄筋屋さんが組む、そこに型枠屋さんが、一枚一枚型枠を返していく訳だから、人の手がたくさん入っている訳。
要はテクスチャが無機質感を出す訳だから、この自然に恵まれた周辺環境に根付く質感を求めたい。
あえてザラっとした型枠の裏面を使用し、目地をたくさん出し、且つ目違いを出す事で、人の手をにじみ出そうと思うが、これが難しい。
普通とは全て逆の事だから、一般的にはNGの事だし、作り手は意図的に目違いを出す行為などやった事があるはずがない。
打設時のリスクもあるし。

今回、クライアントの情熱的な要望があるので、なんとか結果を出したいな〜と。

資材入荷の遅れなどがあり、工程が押したものの無事引き渡しとなった。
以前のSORは200万円代、今回のBABは100万円代。
リノベーションには可能性を感じる。
それなりに変化が出たのではないかな。
うん、かわいい。

クライアントさんの理解と工務店さんの協力に感謝致します。

NDAの耐圧版コンクリート打設。
この打設では、今後の打設の為の色々な試みをしている。
僕らの建築は、物のようにプロトタイプを作って実験や製品検査をできる訳ではないから、
「試み」という部分には、重いプレッシャーがのしかかる。
それには、現場の方々の協力無しには、とうてい達成できることではなく、
幾重もの努力がある。

そう、そういう事が本質的な楽しさである。。。

BABも塗装工事。
BABは、着ていた服(仕上げ)を脱ぎ捨てたので、既存躯体の誤差が丸出しになる。
そこに余計な仕上げを極力せずに納めるというのは、工務店さんと職人泣かせな設計で、
実は大工さんの細かい微調整が、見えない所でたくさん出てくる。
そういう事って、見積には反影されていない訳だから、予算外の仕事であるが、
大工さんと直接話すと、イヤな顔をしばがら、実は楽しそうに作業してくれる。

そういうやり取りの中で職人の心が見え隠れするのが、楽しい。
仕事ってこういう事だと思う。

本日は、NDA耐圧版の配筋検査。
NDAもようやくスラブ配筋が終了。
スパンの大きいNDAは、配筋径も太い上、ピッチが細かいので、要塞のような配筋。
踏んだ感じがなんともいえない感触、いいね〜。
壁配筋も楽しみ。
