今朝の大雨で、横浜での現場打ち合わせが中止になったので、予定を変更して松本の現場へ。
カラッと晴れて、あっつい。。。
さて、楽しみの裏でドキドキしながら、型枠の返しを目の前にする。
う〜ん、いい。
ローコストを実現する為に、型枠・断熱・仕上げの3つを兼ねて使うこととした この型枠(木毛板)は、2つを兼用することはあっても、仕上げを兼用することは商品としては想定されていないので、色々と不安はあったが、現場の努力のお陰で、とてもいい状態に。
荒い材料だからこそ、現場の苦労は見えない所に随所ある。

まだまだ気は抜けないが、少しだけほっとした。

さすがに30年以上前の躯体だから、鉄筋が露出していたり、コンクリートの中にビニールが入っていたり。。。
ボードを貼る時のボンドの跡が気持ち悪いので、削りたいけど、躯体の荒さはそのまま残したい。
見積上、そんなのは見ていないし、「ここはどうで、あそこはどうで」と施工者に説明するのも
面倒なので、グラインダーでガリガリやってみる。
プロジェクト#5115やIDYでもやったな〜。
粉塵が目に入って、次に日の朝は、必ず目が開かない。
でも、面白い。

投資用マンションの大至急リノベーション。

一般的には、表層に安価なものを上乗せる訳だが、引いて引いて引いて、
ちょっとだけ足してみよう。
「+ + + + + +」ではなく「- – – – +」位で考えてみる。

つまり、既存のものを剥いで剥いで剥いで、そして少し新設。
スピードも費用も、押さえられる。

昨日、解体が始まり今日確認したが、なかなかのいい感じ。

今日は、松本 MYZのスラブ配筋検査に構造家の秋元さんと。
スラブの配筋は、一番密で規則的な感じが、とてもかっこいい。
個人的には、建物で一番好きなセクション。
僕自身、合理化するのが好きなタイプなので、このMYZの合理的な直接的ラインは、とても好みな感じかな。

配筋、かっこいいなー。

Today I went to test reinforcement of MYZ to Akimoto Structural design.
Reinforcement of the slab is a real feel tight and regular, very cool.
Personally, my favorite section of the building.
I myself, love to type so streamlined, this is a reasonable MYZ direct line, I feel a great choice.

NDAの地盤改良が終了。
次に砕石・捨てコンして、底版の配筋すると建物のアウトラインが出てくる訳だが、
今、現場の人達は、施工図の取りまとめに頑張っている。
そしてコンクリートの打設も、「こんなことやあんなことができないか」と、模索し、
意見をぶつけるのも楽しい。

まだまだ始まったばかりだ。。。
